When you request to receive newsletters from MAGIC HOTELES, we may collect the following data:

The legal basis for this processing is the express consent given by the user to receive newsletters containing commercial offers related to our facilities, such as events, conventions, accommodation offers, spa, sports, entertainment, etc.

3.4. Images
To fulfill security and safety obligations for people and property at our facilities, we use video surveillance cameras, located in our premises, signposted and accompanied by data protection notices.
The data collected are images recorded upon entering MAGIC HOTELES’ premises.
The legal basis for this processing is public interest in protecting individuals, property, and facilities.
Images will be retained for a maximum of fifteen days. Once this period ends, they are automatically deleted. However, data will remain locked for the time required by applicable regulations to address potential responsibilities. After such time, they will be deleted, unless the data subject authorizes their processing for a longer period.
Images will only be shared with law enforcement authorities if legally required.

The purpose of this processing is to evaluate your candidacy in recruitment processes at MAGIC HOTELES. The legal basis is the data subject’s express consent. Data will be retained during the selection process and for a maximum of one year from collection.
4.- MINORS
The Data Controller informs that user data will be processed to provide access to MAGIC HOTELES’ Wi-Fi network, based on the contractual relationship between the User and the Controller.
These data will be retained for the time necessary to enable the relationship or until the user exercises their rights of objection, erasure, or withdrawal. Data will only be disclosed to third parties as required by law or with the user’s consent.
5.- WI-FI NETWORK
Minors are not permitted to use the services offered through the website without prior authorization from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all actions carried out through the websites by the minors under their care, including the completion of forms containing personal data of those minors and ticking of the accompanying checkboxes, if applicable.
